Community Sponsorship

As part of our ongoing commitment to the community, we are offering to build a content managed website for a local community groups FREE of charge. We will work with you design a site that will help put your project on the map; the colours and style are completely up to you. As with all of our content managed websites, you will be able to add and edit content whenever you wish. Once built you can rely on us to support your website for the 12 month sponsorship period.

Spread the word about your work, add events and news, write a blog, recruit volunteers or start a photo gallery the choice is yours. We will even prepare a media release to notify local press and radio about your new website. Kindly note that Sponsorship is for the design and build only and does not include web-hosting or domain registration costs, (which we are happy to arrange for you). Terms of this offer

 The sponsored website will use our 'Maxi' package 

Your organisation should:

• Be currently based in or working in Southend-on-Sea

• Be a registered charity or have a constitution or be trustee led

• Have accounts for the year 2010-11 showing annual turnover not exceeding £250,000 (Evidence required)

• Be able and willing to cover the cost of web hosting and domain registration (£70 approx)

• Be prepared to participate in promotional activity about this sponsorship offer
